Cancellation Policy

Upon booking an active card must be put on file. If your card should expire you are required to replace that card with an active one. New clients are required to pay a deposit. This deposit is transferable up to one time within 45 days if 48+ hours is given. It is NON Refundable. Cancellations/ Rescheduling: 48 hours is required. Anything less will result in a charge of a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. Habitual rescheduling will result in a non refundable deposit for further appointments scheduled. No call/no shows/same day: You will owe 100% of services booked. Refunds/Service Adjustments: We do not offer refunds of any kind. All clients have a maximum of 7 days to voice any concerns related to the service. After consult with your stylist, they reserve the right to decide if an adjustment is warranted. Payment Fees: Debit/Credit Cards- 3% processing fee. (Fees are subject to change based on the processing company) We kindly ask you to understand that these policies are in place to protect the stylists income. Please prioritize your time to avoid any unwanted fees. Thank you!
